Chris helped both help us find and buy a new house, as well as sell our existing condo. On the sale end, everything went extremely smoothly and he did an amazing job showing our place and getting the best price for it. On the buying end, we ran into an issue with the sellers (the property was for sale by owner) and Chris butting heads.
