Deanne has truly saved my life. I've been working with her for 10+ years and can honestly say she is a top provider in the community. I always feel heard, I have a say in my treatment, and she doesn't push for the newest medication. She takes my opinions, financial situation, and symptoms into consideration before making any drastic changes. Deanne is wonderful, and for me she’s a godsend. I’ve been her patient for over 20 yrs and honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. You couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with your mental health. That being said, I’m not crazy about there being a lack of anyone covering the front office or available to take in person payments. Deanne is great, but their new admin staff are incredibly disrespectful and incompetent. They withhold your prescriptions if you don’t say “please” and they fail to respond when you need them to. I’ve been a patient at this office since it’s inception and I can no longer tolerate the patient being put last. All they care about is money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I've been a client of this provider for about 10 years am I work in this field. It has been my experience that individuals working with these type of organizations often want specific treatment or meds (med seeking). When they don't get what they want they want to blame the organization for their incompetence and write bad reviews.
Avoid this company, they will drop you without warning and without meds. Will go the full length to charge hefty fees.
