I was referred to Fulk Chiropractic just recently!! I have gotten such relief from my back pain that I've had for so long. The reception staff is also so friendly when I come in!! They take all kinds of insurance!! They have "Great" hours!! Who would have thought you could get an adjustment 7 days a week!!! Awesome place!!!
Doc was nice and personable. I did get relief from the treatment... When I got my bill I was in shock. Charging me for an icepack??? I didn't even get to keep it. I've been to several chiropractic offices and this is the first time I have been charged for the electro-stim, roller table, and ice pack separately which from what they told me to expect my bill to be around 240 to 300 depending on my insurance deductible which hey have chart to tell you what it is. Always loved this place and love Dr Rogers. We had a misunderstanding with insurance today and the office manager treated us like complete garbage. Horrible management skills and bad customer relations. It's a good thing she isn't behind the counter all the time or there would be many more unhappy customers. We will not be returning bc of her actions today. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
I saw Dr Rogers this morning for recurring headaches. He was very professional and explained the treatment plan step by step. Highly recommend this office and Dr Rogers!
