Worst customer service by a tech support company ever. Stay far away from their promises of 24 hour support, it usually ends up with several phone calls and supervisors and your PC might be fixed in a few months. Field staff give excuses about their schedule and their ticketing software, and the call center needs more training. We had a laptop out of service for 4 months and counting.
Fujitsu is full of crap , I purchased a Fujitsu air conditioner under their "free money" promotion expecting to receive $200 cash back. I photographed my receipt etc and sent it off. No reply for two months when I ring to enquire discover Fujitsu run promotions through shady company who tells me they rejected my claim because it was "unreadable" uh huh no worries. Their systematic access to every hardware & software problem was so systematic & analytical that they resolved every dilemmas!
