Purchased a ductless ac system in 2014. Worked great for 2 1/2 years, than started having problems if not cooling. Numerous emails back and forth with manufacturer and service calls. System was found low on refrigerant, was charged but lost it again. Had one cool replaced and an entire head, worked good for a few months than stopped cooling.
