I had a Fujitsu split ac/heating unit installed in my sunroom the beginning is December 2017. Worked sporadically for a week and now does not work at all. Been waiting weeks on parts to repair. Finally received two of the parts the second week of Jan 2018 but waiting on third part. Retailer, Power Equipment Direct can't tell me it's location nor can they get in contact with distributor that is supposedly mailing the third part. Customer service is lacking on all accounts.

I love this company. The employees are exceptionally kind and professional. I had a problem with my scanner’s software acting up. It took awhile to correct the problem. It turns out the problem was with my anti-virus program. Fujitsu did not stop until the issue was fixed. My scanner works like a charm again. I also like how Fujitsu does a follow-up and respond to concerns quickly.
