I was satisfied with Dr. Fujimoto's professional skill in tooth removal. However, on the bill they mistaken the number of the teeth I removed (#32 instead of #30) So I am having trouble to do a crown at my dentist because my insurance won't cover as the tooth is already "removed" I went back and forth with Delta Dental and hasn't figured out how to correct this.
