Slow service. Overpriced, small portions and I couldn't tell the scallop from the squid.

Their food is good and that is the reason why we decided to go have a Birthday lunch. We were seated and I asked if we could order the lunch special. We were told that it stop 8 minutes prior. A little disappointed :-(
Fuji is always awesome!!! I love the one in winter park... amazing.. The one in UCF area is just as amazing.. its full of wonderful servers that are going to school and working as hard as they can... YAY Fuji, great job!!!!!
I've been to a lot of sushi places but I always come back to this place. The dynamite sushi is perfection. Service is fast and always attentive. Prices are the best in town too!
The best Sushi in the US (and I have been most places). The United Roll is the best! Also the chefs do a great job cooking at the Tepanyaki tables.
The best sushi I've ever had! We always sit at the sushi bar and they take excellent care of my husband and I. Love their cucumber salad! You can't get a bad sushi roll they are all Amazing and Beautiful to look at!!
