I've been a customer for years and this is the first time my food was cold. Asked for the manager and was told he didn't want to come out his name is is Uno, when we demand we need to speak with him he came out with an attitude and give no satisfaction.
Beware of eating any "white tuna" or white fish here, as it most likely escolar. It is toxic and even banned in Italy and Japan and other countries have warnings about it, you'll know you ate some by the cramps and other orange "oily" complications you get from the high levels of wax esters in the fish. I sent an email to just explain my experience but never heard back. I wasn't looking for anything except a response, but sadly, I didn't even get that.
