RecommendedMy wife, our daughter, and I had been cooped up during winter break following my knee surgery, so when we had a chance to get out, we went to Orlando Fuji Sushi. We had salad and miso soup to start, our daughter had the Sushi Bento Box, while my wife and I shared a few rolls and some nigiri. Everything tasted great: and, while it took a while to prep, everything was fresh. Service was fantastic and the hot sake was very good!

My husband and I have been dining at Fuji for the last decade! Recently, Fuji underwent some changes... all GREAT!! The interior is very inviting and great atmosphere!!!sushi is still amazing!!! We love it here! So glad it’s back open!!
Been going to this restaurant for years. Excellent service and the people are great. I love sushi and the only place I would eat cause everything is fresh.
Fuji had been my favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando for many years. It was a place that held frequent ladies nights with friends. A few months back I was so sad to see how service and food had gone done. With new ownership we gave it another shot yesterday. The sushi was AMAZING and service was fantastic. It was also nice to see a Happy Hour menu on a Saturday. Glad to have Fuji back! Now please bring back Monday’s Ladies Night for my friends and I!

I have missed this place!!! We are back for the first time since it opened back up again. We LOVED it!! Awesome service and food. We will be back soon and often!!
I used to love the old Fuji Sushi, but not only have the removed my 2 favorite sushi rolls from the menu, I paid extra to upgrade to tuna and then they left out other ingrediants not to mention the roll was considerably smaller than before. I ordered to go.
