Service was bad. Dining area was dark. Table had crumbs still from the previous diners. The table salt and pepper shakers and plastic ad holder all had a filthy sticky grime layer. The soup was bland. The sushi and sashimi tasted refrigerated and day old. The cooked food tasted as though it came frozen in a box prior to cooking, except for the vegetables.
The food was awesome! The guy who took our order was funny and loved his trivia questions. The guy working at our hibachi was funny too.had a great time.
Good was great. People were very nice. Chef was entertaining

Was very skeptical about going to Fuji Waco for my Birthday Dinner but I absolutely Loved it!!!!!! We did Hibachi and our Japanese chef was exquisite, we all talked and laughed with him & the food was superb: I recommend the filet and shrimp!! The staff sang happy birthday in English & Japanese which along with the drums I thought was too Amazing.
