I've been here before and had a great experience, but my trip tonight was enough to keep me from going back. We waited for close to 10 minutes before the waiter appeared to even take our drink order. When we finally got our food, they forgot the rice that came with the fried tempura dish. When I asked about the rice, I was told it didn't come with it, although their printed menu and online said it did.
