very expensive, they will charge you for wrought wire that goes into interim partial denture SEPARATELY. never have I seen this before. also, they will charge you for rush fee for something that wasn't rushed and they will NOT give you credit for delaying it greatly because of their mistake! ridiculous.
We have been working with a lot of National and local labs , this is by far the most dishonest lab we’ve ever seen . Recently , We submitted and upper/ lower overdenture reline. Regarding the quality of the work , It took a long time adjusting the dentures, But this is not the worst part , when we receive the invoice they added whatever chrges possible to make it over $300 more expensive than should be based on their own Fee schedule. Based on the poor quality of the work and dishonesty we never recommend this lab.
Horrible lab communication, they do not ever track the lab properly and things always get here late. Also the lab breaks things and tries to hide it by replacing with something else thinking that doctor will not notice it. Plus they do not ever leave note about it. Honestly I know there are no good denture lab in dallas but this lab failed me every time.
