I had a reservation there of almost 15-20 people as it was going to be a birthday dinner and some people weren't able to make it due to family reasons and etc and the lady serving us complains to us that because not everyone made it that we were going to hinder the business because they had arranged tables and chairs for us but there were well over 20 chairs where they seated us. I've been to Fuji a few times... Each time saying to myself, "It can't be as bad as last time." The service is never stellar, but the food is usually decent. Well, last night changed that. My fiancé and I went and got two sushi rolls and a chicken rice bowl. The rice bowl seemed "slimy," almost as if it had been made the night before and then reheated. Witness improper food handling practices. The cases were filthy. Sushi was most definitely in the "danger zone" temp. Customer service was subpar. Dishes were chipped and dirty. We use to go here for the great service and awesome sushi but I don't think we will visit again after this last experience. You're lucky that most people who eat out aren't in the hospitality industry and can easily identify these problems. You need to fix these issues or you will surely have to close your doors.
