We just noticed (10 months too late) that where two of our favorite restaurants (Francesco's and Mikuna, 300 block of Alcazar in Coral Gables) had been, they opened this restaurant, Fugato. Currently, per Miami-Dade executive orders, only outside seating is allowed, so reservations are required. I don't even know where to begin... We started off with an appetizer special. Had our annual company Christmas lunch here today. The food is always delicious. The service is outstanding. Thank you Luis for a great experience and making this another great Christmas lunch to remember. So sorry we were so loud. You made my employees and myself feel at home and comfortable that we just enjoyed ourselves a bit to much and maybe laughed to loud. Always a great experience at Fugato.
We were in Miami for one night and found Fugato by accident and decided to stop in for dinner because it looks so charming. Our meal was perfect start to finish. We had two appetizers from the specials menu and they were amazing. We didn’t think they could be outdone until dinner arrived. It was absolutely incredible. Dessert was the crowning achievement- complete heaven. My only regret is that we leave tomorrow and will not be able to return to Fugato Fusion on this trip.
