WARNING!!! I can't believe what just happened to us today! My son and I took the coupon that came in the mail for a free oil change from Fuerst Automotive. We sat there for a long time, although we didn't complain since we were getting a free oil change. However, when they finally finished, they came back and said that it was unsafe to be driving my car around as the left lower ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced immediately or my tire would come off.
