Waited 30 minutes at our table just to find out they lost our order. Went up at 15 minutes to see if or order was ready. The cook staff said to wait for the buzzer we had to go off when our order was ready. Guess what! It never went off. Went back after 30 minutes they were draining the fryer and said they never had our order. Got my refund and left with my wife. Diners going there now beware of potential of them losing your order at the Springfield MO Fudruckers.
Food was great. We had elk burgers. They were great. We had to take food home. They give u plenty to eat. Tons of toppings for ur burgers or fries.
Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Condiments were gone and the queso dip was old. We will Not be going back.
