Today we stopped on our way home from Branson - not only was the food amazing, it was filling, so 2 of the kids had about a half a burger and fries, which we boxed up and then went to the bathroom, leaving it on the table. The staff bused our table, so it got thrown away but they made it right and made us 2 new burgers and an order of fries. Customer service like that is hard to come by but you guys really came through for us and we greatly appreciated it.

Loved the atmosphere! Took too long to get the food. Plate appearance was great, food looked wonderful but the taste wasn't there. Fries had some flavor but onion ring only offered a nice crisp crunch. Price was a little high compared to quality snd service.
Russell the manager of the Fuddruckers in Springfield is wonderful. He could teach classes in customer service. We had a snafu earlier in the week and after talking to Russell , he got it taken care of. Thank you for taking such good care of us we appreciate it

I typically LOVE this place. Today, the service was horrible and the food was way below satisfactory. Whoever was working the cash register/taking orders at about 1:15 pm (young girl) was SO rude to both me and my father. It just seemed like a bunch of people working didn't care about how well the restaurant was taken care of. Not to mention, multiple things that are suppose to be out for self serve were gone. Forks, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and both kinds of tea. We were thoroughly disappointed.
