I had a great experience buying my car through Fuccillo VW. They were very helpful, friendly, and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a VW and I'm planning to do business with them again.
Terrible Customer Service. Never purchased anything from them and never will.... Called to get my car serviced, asked about a coolant flush and worker 3 times gave me a quote on an A/C air conditioner flush. Mind you it's middle of December and about 10 degrees out. Once he finally gave me a quote on flush I asked him how they cleaned it and he said "we don't we let the old coolant out and put new coolant in, that usually works"! I said well why is it called a flush if you don't actually "flush" the system? He said "again...... read more
Customer service is poor and unprofessional. I advise you go to another dealer. I've never talked to anyone so rude and condescending. They sold a car with issues that resulted in an electrical issue that almost caught fire. Lucky I smelled the burning under the dashboard. They didn't even offer to look at the problem. I was told "just take it to Chevy." Thanks Brent! After talking with you I would never recommend anyone I know to do business with your company.
