Everyone is so kind and caring at Ft Thomas Animal Hospital. My puppy has had to have emergency surgery twice in the past 2 months and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. They are the best of the best.
I feel they really take good care of your pet. No rushing, plenty of information. Switched about a year ago, no regrets!

I took my baby in yesterday for an annual check up and it turns out she needed a distemper booster. I wasn't advised of that but she was given the injection. It had also been noted in her chart that she had a reaction last time she got this shot. She was not given anything to counter the reaction and I was not given any instructions. We have been with Dr. Pritchard & Dr. Turner for 13 years. They take excellent care of our fur babies. We love that the staff brings their pets to work!
Fantastic vets. They truly care about your pets well being. I had to part with a couple of my pets this year, and Dr. Turner and Staff did their best to make it as easy as possible for me, and was unbelievably accommdating. Cannot thank this place enough!
