A few years back I took my beagle here because he had a problem with his eyes and a man there gave me eye drops and medicine for him, I had no money at the time and he said it was fine. My cat went missing a month ago and I just found out today he was there for almost a month! I just picked him up today and he seems so happy and healthy, he's definitely gained a pound or two since being there � I definitely recommend taking your pets here, they're so great. They really love animals at this place and care genuinely for them.
FTAH is amazing, my dogs are well cared for and the whole staff is great! I always know my dogs are getting the best care at Ft Thomas! I’ve been to other local vets and Dr Turner and and the staff far surpasss the other vets in care, service and price!
I was scheduled for my dog to see Dr Pritchard, who has seen our dog in the past. However, since I was about 5 min late (traffic) I was given Dr Turner. Didn't complain, gave her history to his vet tech, including her advanced age, and hip and leg issues. Since her visit yesterday, she has extreme trouble walking and favors her right rear leg. I'm not saying someone did anything wrong, but I'm wondering how she was treated when taken into the back for her "vital signs" and toe nail clippings. Plus, Dr Turner was of the idea ... read more

The worst place you could take an animal they would rather put your put your pet on every kind of medication there is out there without even knowing what the actual problem is and they have the worst customer service you can't get them to get off their cell phones to treat your pet or to even or knowledge that you're there
