The Fort Thomas staff were very courteous upon my arrival. Furthermore, the technicians and veterinarians did a great job assessing and relaying the information from the diagnostic testing on my pet. All staff demonstrated concern for the well being of my fur baby dog.

Before you give a pet vaccines you should check with the owner and get confirmation instead of just doing it. When I called to schedule an appointment last week I said I would like his paws and ears looked at because I was worried he was having an allergic reaction to something. The tech said that would be fine to bring him in Tuesday. When I brought him in, I was asked where I got him so they could look up a history. I had an appointment at 5:30, showed up at 5:20. My dog is anxious at the vet, so he was sitting at my feet shaking. Sat for over 45 minutes, when I asked when I was expected to be seen at about 6:15, they told me they didn’t know. Dr. Turner came out, they asked if they could put my dog in quickly for just a checkup and a nail trim, & he just looked at me & said “no”. Wouldn’t suggest this hospital to anyone.
Have been seeing Gene for years she has always been great with all of our dogs
When I had the unfortunate experience of having to put my most recent cat down, poor Max was well taken care of by Dr. Prichard. They sent me a wonderful card afterwards and the staff truly cares about the animals in their hospital. And the many visits that I’ve had with them with my other animals have been fantastic and they are truly knowledgeable and take time to listen.
