TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
get staff members that actually care about their customers. and actually know the meaning of customer service. they had my husband's bike for 2 weeks and didnt even call to let us know it was ready and cost us 380.00 for a blinker switch.and Bryson need more customer service and a different profession he's better suited working at the DMV
This is the worst place I can have ever took my Bike. I took my bike here at the beginning of April 2018 and they still have it. Please know the 1st Month was on the warranty Company but they approve my bike to get fix in May. At this time the Owner and the service manager keep advising me that it will be ready in 48 hours and now we are almost in July. I ever knew that a company would take the motor out and have the new one at the shop just sitting on the floor . I have call around to see if I can have anyone else fix the b... read more
Terrible service, if you want it to take four months on a card rebuild and still not finish then this is the place, after asking Bradley the owner what has taken soo long his only answer was "come get the bike". Never will i use this place again.
Bad work and soo expensive never going back and took them like 2 months just too fix brakes smh never been to worst place than this it sucks i dont recommend this place ....������
Went expecting to get Honda parts from Honda store but was gived wrong parts tried to return with the receipt but denied refund...thats bad business Bradley(owner) I wanted Honda parts...if i wanted parts from Tucker I would not have come to you.....its worth $60 to see how you do business....I promise I wont be back nor recommend Ft Worth Motorsports for anything unless you want to get SCREWED James Stewart
Took my GL1500 in for a new tire. When I went to pick it up Tony the service manager said the wheel rim was bent. I'd washed it before I brought it in and ensured him it wasn't bent when I brought the bike in. I also asked Tony why he didn't let me know before he replaced the tire- no answer. I called and spoke to the owner- Brad Niles- who stood by Tony. I want to support local family owned businesses but I recommend steering clear of Ft Worth Motorsports.
The service was great! I bought a motorcycle and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me.
