The team member i spoke to was super rude and hanged up on me even before I could explain myself.
Expect you to be there on time for your appointment and take forever to take care of you. On top of that make virtual appointment and never call you. Very irresponsible. Looking for a different location for the family cause this isn’t a place to be seen at.
