I started taking my vehicles the first few days they opened, and since day one, my license plates have been bent, I was told by the manager that that problem was going to fixed, it's been almost 2 years and still no fix. But, this morning took the cake, I had already taken my wife's car without any problem, except the bent license plate, went back 15 minutes later in another vehicle and I asked for their "Better Car Wash," and noticed that I was being given the "Basic Wash." i use to wash my truck there but yesterday they didn't want to because its tall.?? like wtf?!?��i paid and right before i went in they stopped me the manager told them my truck dont fit. its the same size it's Alaways been.
Not the car wash to go if you own a Jeep , they told me they can't accept my jeep because of my pods.
So glad they have signs saying they're not responsible for any damage to vehicles because after using their car wash my brand new 2017 GMC truck's paint is now covered in scratches from their brushes. Do not use this car wash if you care about your vehicle it will damage it.

Horrible customer service! Over priced and they don't respect the 4 day rain check.
