look like they don't know what there doing. they couldn't find my account and they threaten me to call the police. so I canceled the member ship for my 2 vehicles .

Raptors don't fit on the automatic rails at any location
I've been coming to this car wash since day one, they used to do a very great job until they got an entire new crew. New cashiers have no personality and guys drying cars do a horrible job now I always have to get out and dry my car now, highly dissatisfied lately.
It's not the same car wash as I expected from previous car washes now I'm going back until the customer service is better and and wash
