Well I go to your establishment on Veterans Day which always is on Monday as usual and I'm told you only do military discount on tues,wed.,thur. Many car washes around the country do free car was on Veterans Day.No discount on Veterans Day. Real ignorant. I'll take my business somewhere else.
I went to wash my truck asked for the best and got everything but that in return. I was supposed to get tire shine and when I asked the guy drying it all he said was “it came out ok from the wash it doesn’t need anymore” I went over to the cashier and asked her if she could just charge me for the basic wash since I had not gotten the “Best” as I paid for at that point that’s when they had someone come by and put tire shine on the tires. Don't leave customers waiting in line while attendant has a 10 minute conversation with car infront
RecommendedI wish there was a "sometimes" recommendation, because it is a mediocre car wash place. I have been a loyal customer to this place since it opened and I feel that they are not very attentive if you have the "basic" car wash membership. I used to upgrade my car wash depending on how dirty it was, but for months the equipment to clean your rims and tires never worked. Your rims would come out dirtier than when they went in. Took my vehicle today and paid for a $17 car wash but got the $7 car wash instead. I found out after I got home since I noticed my tires were not shining. I called and Eric gave me the spill that he would check the cameras to make sure and call me right back. Well, no call back from him! They just lost a weekly customer!
Friendly staff, manager very attentive. Would like to see maintenance issues handled more quickly. High pressure (spinning) wheel/rim cleaner on the left side vehicle has not been working properly for weeks. Also, rotating circular brushes on the left side of the car not working today. Overall, the carwash is fast and does a nice job.
Amazing car wash!! Super friendly staff and they did an amazing job on my SUV!!!!
I love to go the one on north Zaragosa I drive from the northeast just to wash my it woth the drive all employees are very curtiuos and professional and Eric the manager great job I'm the guy with the with skulls.
