So I got a maintenance completed e-mail yesterday 10/30/24 stating David cleaned the AC vents, well, that is a lie. I took these pictures on 10/31/24.
I currently live in one of their properties Stonebridge Manor. I can say the maintenance here borders on criminal. My lease says the blinds are maintained and provided by the property. I tried to close a set of blinds, and the entire windowsill fell down. I submitted a maintenance request 16 days ago. The blinds are still not replaced. Anybody walking by can see straight into my apartment. I have a window that falls out of the frame in another room.
