Bought a new sound system for my car, shelled out a pretty penny for it. I was told at Woodland Hills that I would definitely be able to have it installed. Nope.... Now they want me to wait a week??
They always lose my online order :(
Their "match any internet price" claim on the huge sign up front is bullshit. Ask them for the fine print. They only match major retailers. so I took my business to a major retailer instead.
Customer service or no customer service, if you know what you're doing it's a little bit of geek-heaven.
Make sure you know your technology because a lot of these guys don't. I felt as if I was selling routers n modems to these peeps. They had very little knowledge of what I was tellin them.
Bring your phone and make sure they price match online prices

This place has a lot of bad reviews but I personally love it! I don't care much bout the customer service, But that's just me! I love ordering online and picking up later!
