Always A Good Deal! Needed some RAM for a damaged laptop - best deal in Southern California, even NewEgg, and the rep was able to lead me right to what I needed.
While there are great deals and helpful workers, they have to have an amazing return policy due to the fact that often, items sold are faulty or non-functional.
Great selection, just use the staff to only help you locate items.
Horrible customer service! The sales people are rude and pushy and don't care about what you need, they just want to get your money.
Great Selection.... – Great stuff, good selection but you basically have to know what your looking for to shop here. The sales rep are always zipping around so you have to catch them to make them help you. They are nice and they will help. Its catching them to do so that makes me give them 4 stars and not 5.
