I gave up Fry's, the 1st time I returned a printer, about 12 yrs ago. Their return ordeal was so horrific I promised myself I'd pay full price somewhere else rather then put myself threw Fry's trauma, again.

THE WORST!!!! 6 trips to the store and 2 new computers since December and still nothing works. Don't waste your time.
Ordered an item online and drive over 50miles to this location to pick up item WITH my confirmation email just to get here and they tell my they DO NOT have my item! So upset. Then these people have no answer for me and just say sorry. Annoying and bad customer service! They r lucky I even gave them one star, if it was up to me I'd give them a big 0!!!
i hate this crooked place! i once bought & returned 3 of the same cable. all 3 of them failed. when i found out they were putting known-bad equipment back on the shelf, i posted about it online. when they saw my posts, they called me & tried to bribe me quiet by offering me 3 free cables. (i only needed 1.) no! "you're caught!" eff this place!
