I don’t understand why I am not allowed to return an online order from @fryselectronics in the store. Instead I have to pay to ship it back to the online people 😡 no bueno 👎🏽 #comeonfrys
Return policy sucks. I purchased an item that didn't work. Tried to return it and they wouldn't give me a refund. Only store credit. Never shop there again. They can keep my store credit. Microcenter is way better

I was in the market for a new camera bag. Went somewhere else where I was told that it would fit a 15in laptop, that was not the case. So came to Fry's asked to bring in my gear to test out a new bag. They had the right color with opening zipper on your back vs the outside of the backpack. Found the right backpack by incase in black with main camera zipper in back padding, plus added bonus top access.
