Don't even think of trying to buy something online if it shows less than 5 items available in this store. They don't know their inventory and their statement that they will email you when your order is ready for pickup is a lie. They will tell you the order is being processed a day latter when they promised to email you within 20 min. if the item is available or not when you placed the order. Frys rimes with Lies.........
did online for store pick up,got confirmation order was ready went to pick up, found 2 items (out of 3) missing from basket.clerk then left me at the counter for 10 min while he tried to find items.i call a manager over all she does is take my invoice and walk away.another 5 minutes go by clerk still searching call him back to register to get me out of there.while leaving made a thanks for nothing comment to manager who was STILL staring at my invoice, she just turned gave me no reply just that same dead behind the eyes look... read more
Servers down so I can't return the item I drove 15+ miles to return. I avoid Frys and this is why. The last time I visited Frys Manhattan beach, same story.
Never go to any Fry's if you can help it. They are all a hot mess and good luck returning anything.
