I placed an order on Ritual for the DuPont location. I decided to go to the restaurant early to wait for the order. After sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes, the clerk never acknowledged my presence. When Ritual informed me that the order was ready, I went to the cashier and the order was still was not ready.
