I have been eating at frugals since they were .99 cent. usually our go-to burger place. Today it was a bad burger. No flavor, it only had a sprig of lettuce and 2 pickles, a dot of ketchup and barely any mayo. where was the onions, tomato etc..... you can't take anything back the lines are to long. Sad day.
My husband and I decided to check this place out since we have heard great things about them and how they are supposed to have the best burgers around, talk about disappointed! I will NEVER eat here again. The guy taking our order was beyond rude! He consistently cut me off the entire time I was trying to order, he seemed extremely frustrated, no patience.....he clearly should not be in customer service, or maybe he just shouldn't be at the window dealing with customers. I've been coming here for years!! They have THE BEST hamburgers, their fries and fry sauce are delicious, and their milkshakes are awesome (the orange creamsicle is my favorite!). I will recommend time and time again.
0 stars IDK if the crew was having a bad day but the services wasn’t great! Especially the one taking orders, not friendly at all. All five meals stuffed in one small bag, out of 5 burgers 3 was wrong!! If I wanted my order to be wrong I would of just gone to Micky D’s
