What's up Frosty's. I have an appt scheduled today between 1200-400pm. It's 20 mins to 400pm and no one has shown up. I called you guys to see if the technician might be running late. Instead I'm greeted with your answering service letting me know that that office is now closed until Tuesday! Rude.
I just love Frosty's. I have called the office when needed, and Megan and Mary are just wonderful. The technicians who have been to my home are professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable.
