Frosty's is great! We had one of our a/c units go out and I was in search of a good company with a stellar reputation and positive reviews. Research brought me to Frosty's and the experience from beginning to end was simply wonderful. They came out the next morning (even a few minutes ahead of schedule!) and were the utmost professionals. Would highly recommend!
Frosty 's has been my HVAC contractor for the 25 years I have lived in my house. They serviced the original HVAC unit which was at least 20 years old and then replaced it in 2010. Always efficient, always kind, always on time. Just had Patrick M. here for the spring check up. Great job as always. I'd say that's a pretty good record! 5 stars!
Sunday of Memorial Day weekend I notice my house is warm...uh-oh. I called three companies for HVAC help. Frosty's called me back. They could come that evening or the next morning. Since the temp was dropping outside we agreed on 7 am Monday. James was here at 7, charged me regular rate not emergency rate and fixed the problem. Honest and kind. What more can you ask? Thanks James and Frosty's!
