Last Wednesday my AC gave out. I called Frosty's and said if someone could come within the week, that'd be great. They said "how about today?" Todd called to update me on ETA, came out that afternoon and got everything assessed quickly. I knew I would need a new unit soon and that time was now. I have used Frosty's for a great deal of work over the years. In particular, my current home has had a lot of issues with cheap appliances and I've had to replace both HVAC zones over the last 24 months. I live in DC and this is very difficult as neighbors are always going to be inconvenienced by construction work especially when it involves bringing in a crane and blocking traffic. Service from Pat was absolutely first class - quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Took his time to explain the feature of our new thermostat - could not ask for more.
Frosty's installed a new AC and furnace. Paul and Leo were outstanding. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They were on time, explained everything, and kept the space clean.
We had Frostys Heating and Cooling conduct the annual cleaning and inspection of our air conditioner today. Mr. Luckett was prompt, showed me what needed to be done to ensure the AC unit was well maintained and explained our options. He completed the work quickly and neatly. I liked that he did a good job of explaining things without making me feel he was trying to sell me something and shared different options. I plan to keep using this company.
