oh man. I lived here like 15 years ago. It was a trip. Very basic. You ever seen the movie The Professional. About the assassin dude and the little girl? This building always reminded me of the buildings they were in. We actually sold our car because only maybe half the resident's cars would fit in that tiny lot haha. I lived here for a few months in 2022. I had to break my lease for health reasons because the building (at the time) did not regulate smoking in the building. One of my neighbors smoked cigarettes and unfortunately, the smell and smoke of cigarettes would seep through the electric sockets and light switches in my unit. When I asked management if they could do anything about the smoke they told me that California law would not allow them to do so which was a lie. The owner of the company asked me to make a review based on the service I received prior to me moving in. Since the beginning it has been bullying, threats, entering my unit without permission, and the unit items that were guaranteed upon move-in are still not completed. IT IS ALL A LIE. I now have a 3(+)1 and I have been now not only threatened personally by the "so-called" owner, but employees have entered my apartment on camera without permission or an appointment while I was traveling. Just wanted to update my review from a year ago and acknowledge the fantastic work put into renovating my unit while I was out on medical leave. The building just keeps getting better and better! I moved right back in as soon as the unit I had was ready.
