Customer service needs improvement, it isn’t as great as it used to be. The cake I recently ordered wasn’t quite what I had requested, but still cute. When you spend a fortune on a custom cake it’s disappointing to feel as though you’re an inconvenience when picking up your order and you’re greeted with an eye roll/snarky sigh. I left without a simple “thank you.”
Best bakery & excellent service! The chocolate cookies are mouthwatering and the red velvet cupcake is our family favorite!
