Austin prepared a quote for me within a few days of calling. He arrived on time the day we scheduled to have the windows done. He even remembered me saying that I had a conference call that morning & he was very conscientious about not working in the same room as me at the same time (even though he was very quiet & kept everything tidy). He did a wonderful job - I wish I had done this years ago!
