This is a horrible company!! Stay away! I just started with them last month and they disconnected my service. They told me they sent a letter...well geez isn't that nice! How about a text, email, or phone call...I just had surgery. Who uses only the slowest form of communication to notify a NEW CUSTOMER about a disconnection???? The manager said they don't text, call, or send an email because customers don't want to be bothered about a pending disconnection...that really sounds crazy, but ok. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Online they advertise for 7.3 Kw and no cancellation fee but send you paperwork in the mail with different information. Very misleading and shady. Spoke to a supervisor over the phone and he was no help and said all his plans had cancellation fees -_- Asked to get a call back from his supervisor and the gentlemen's tone sounded sarcastic like sure you can talk to my supervisor but their not going to help me in any way. I should be expecting a call from his supervisor in 24-48 hrs and will post an u... read more

If I could literally not give them any stars i would. My previous review got deleted by them. But this is the worst electric company i had ever been with. I previously switched to a better provider. Frontier charges you for every little thing. They don't work with you at all...so beware and do not I repeat do not pick this provider. Unless you wanna pay alot !!!
