years ago we moved into Frontier after a big move into a smaller house Kris was great, she allowed us to move from a larger unit to a smaller unit twice, and take the difference in our rent from one unit to the next we left mid month and Kris gave us back the difference in our rent because the month was not over great customer service, a thousand times over, Kris and her husband worked with us day and night to make it happen now, there is new management. the rent went up to the point where it was just plain stupid to have it... read more
Don' t waste your time. My son rented a space for 3 years while living with me and saving to buy a home. He finally bought a house and moved out in mid-october. Manager Dave would not give a refund for remainder on the month not used, also would not allow him to use their truck to move his stuff 3 blocks away. This manager is a straight up asshole. I would not recommend at all to rent space here. They are uncooperative and unprofessional.
