What an amazingly helpful company! They went over and above my expectations in handling my water heater issue. From the customer care rep Jenna who was pleasant and understanding, to the knowledgeable technician Mitch who took the time to explain the whole process and make sure I was comfortable with the repair, I couldn't have asked for better service. ZERO STARS!! By far THE WORST company I've ever had to deal with. My water heater has warranty in which their company is contracted through whirlpool. They were supposed to fix the heater at no cost to me except labor of course. 1st time a technician came out was to only charge me 260.00 for cleaning the heater & adding a vent. Didn't fix heater, because a plumber"Mitch" didn't want to check gas lines which was bizarre because he's a plumber!!
