Our experience with this facility was troubling. While the program promises support and structure, staff often acted unprofessionally and spoke to patients in a discouraging manner. The environment felt more punitive than therapeutic. I truly hope leadership reviews these concerns and makes meaningful changes to ensure patients are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve.
This place is the worst and it sucks so bad they will do anything and everything to make you wanna leave or fight somebody I don’t recommend this place at all it is awful
