I happen to be in the know as far as whats going on with this clinic. Dr. Hallinan and Dr. Becker are no longer the managing partners and do not determine office protocol. In fact, Dr. Becker recently retired and Hallinan is down to a few hours a week due to health issues. The people in charge now (Drs. McCarty, husband and wife) do not have the same priorities and their office manager has been a source of many complaints. WOW - is all I can say. What started out to be an awesome Family Practice is now gone. I started with FMC going on 25+ years and I hate to say it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!Due to the Office Manager I have had to find health care at another facility what a shame to be treated like dirty white trash. I realize who "JO" is and I am wondering if any of the doctors realize how badly this person is treating their clients. I personally have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Thomas. She is professional, knowledgable, and seems to have a genuine concern for patients. That is a good thing to see these days. As far as a very high percentage of Drs and surgeons that work at Campbell County Hospital, I have nothing to say, management, and staff, are (cant say it here)
Great doctors and nurses, however, the staff (billing department and front desk) perform illegal activities on a regular basis, as well as being plain rude, uprofessional, unreasonable and aggressive (yes, aggressive, you read right). We were with this clinic for almost 5 years, but couldnt take this anymore. Sorry, but this is not the way to treat people. We took our business somewhere else. Plenty of good medical facilities in Gillette.
I read these reviews and thought I would say something good since only bad seems to be said. I see Dr. Anders and used to see Dr. Thomas before she left the clinic. I loved the clinic so much I transferred to Dr. Anders so I could stay. I absolutely love her. I have been a patient for about 10 years. The staff was pleasant and professional. I only go about every 3 or 4 months, but I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I have stopped using Family Medical Center and do not recommend it, the service is rude, and the doctors are seemingly never there. (perhaps they help at another clinic) I had been a patient for 12 years, my Doctor was great,and Ive always paid my bill. It seems the nurses, office and management is very poorly run and the customer service is awful. I thought being a patient for so long I guess I expected a little better treatment. Yoooo......JO,Its kind of obvious from your postings that youre an employee there at Family Medical Care rather than a patient. You have a problem with Ashley, Tasha, & Elizabeths comments and thats fine. Everyone is entitled to their opions, even you. But dont try to pass yourself off as a patient and put down their comments altogether. Its called constructive criticism and serves to inform the public of the type of service & experience they encountered at FMC. So far, doctor McMillin is working at Family Medical Care and the Medical Board has no record of a Dr. McMillin licenced with the Wyoming Medical Board. In her notes she made a diagnois of asthma just on what mom said and did absolutely no asthma testing. She actually stated the kid was fine but because of what mom said diagnoised her with asthma along with all the other nasty drugs that go along with it.
I would never go to this medical facility unless you absolutely need to. I was being seen over two years ago, and the doctor couldnt figure out what was wrong with me. So I decided to see a specialist and missed one appointment and so the Medical Facility told me that I no longer had a doctor there. Two years later I need to go to this facility for help because it has one of the few doctors that can prescribe the type of medication I need and they refuse to see me.
