They're a big rip off. They charge Garden city storsge fees yet there in the village of hempstead. Paid 140 for towing and the jack ass dropped the car off in front of the bay doors and left. Car is not drivable can't move it what do we do now!??? Worst customer service owners are rude and so are the employees. Don't use them.
I can't say enough about this place. Clean professional funny as hell staff. It could not have been easier I was in and out honestly in about thirty minutes . Not to mention that included renting a car from Enterprise Rental car which is also on the premises . One stop shopping and the car was ready when they said it would be, thanks for the great service.
Our family has had a series of unfortunate accidents recently and we were told to go to Frontier. Under the direction of Ben Romano, Frontier has always been courteous, professional and reliable. Our cars look like new when they leave the shop. If there are any other accidents, we will not hesitate to go to Frontier and Ben Romano. Frontier is the best! Richie, Diane & Lisa
Ben is one of the "good guys" in this world. He does great work, and stands behind it, and goes over and above to keep you satisfied. An honest body shop that does excellent work.
