I was there Thursday. Young woman in front Did not want to give information was rude. What she said to me was : do you want an estimate or do you want to leave. I’ll never go there or recommend this shop.

Went here with my brother to get his car towed out of their lot today. By far THE WORST customer service I’ve ever had. It’s not even my car and I was livid at the way they were speaking to us. Everyone here is unbelievably rude and disrespectful from the minute you walk in the door. We waited an hour and half just for them to locate the car when we let them know the day before that we were coming to pick it up. Ben, and the staff are always nice, and more than happy to help. I’ve dealt with them with both insurance and private repairs. The work is always top notch and the prices are more than fair. Even if you went to an adjuster who gave you a bad estimate, they know how to get you what you deserve.
