Poor communication, rude, unprofessional and you don’t want to do business with a company that is weak on proper communication.
THEY STOLE MY OLD PRINTER AND DAMAGED MY CREDIT RATING. The sales person that promised he would take care of it and return it to Canon doesn't work there. This company wont return my calls. Canon is still billing me for that printer that this company has in their possession and they reported negatively to my credit. I've made multiple calls and just received lip service and no action.
I'm only reviewing this as a possible employee instead of business needing. I'm job searching right now, and I had two people reach out to me wanting to see if I was a right fit. I spent my time yesterday setting everything up for today, and then planned my day around this interview. Not only did they call the wrong number and waste my time, they said I applied and they were looking at my resume.l with the wrong number. Your company reached out to me, I never applied.
