This organization is not good at all. Their work quality is not good. And the people associated with it also behave very badly. You common people should stay away from them.
Great company to work for, from the sub side. very profesional and specially working with jonathan Ward the PM, he is so professional that make the project flow incredible. Communication and pre construction also really good.
I own Florida stucco and have done a lot of work for these guys working with Jon Ward mostly. Most of the work in the central and south Florida market. Always good to work with and very fair to there subs. Would definitely recommend to other subs or clients!!
This company doesn't believe in paying their bills. Never could receive a payment without hounding and finally reaching out to the CFO because no one ever answers emails or voicemails. DON'T ALLOW RETAINAGE--they will screw you over and not pay it, and claim there is some kind of back charge that they never told you about during the project. Worst GC i have ever worked for, absolutely stay away from these people. They are determined not to pay Change Orders or release your retainage. I had to press them / ownership legally in order to get paid. 100% shysters Their own Jobsite Superintendent said it was company policy not to pay Change Orders and hold subcontractors up until they finally give up on being paid.
